What does your job at SunPine entail?

I work as a process operator and as safety representative. As a process operator I work shifts as part of a team to run the operation of the factory. We are three people in each team.

What motivates you in your job at SunPine?

I am motivated because there is so much happening at SunPine all of the time. There is always something new on the way. The process is so intricate that I learn something new every day at work. My role as safety representative means that my voice is heard when it comes to safety issues and I can take part in certain parts of projects. That’s also a driving force in my work. I have a lot of fun with my colleagues as well.

How would you describe the work environment?

The work environment at SunPine is very good but there is always room for improvement. I have never worked in an industry that has as high level of focus on safety as we have at SunPine and I think that is fantastic.

How is the atmosphere between colleagues?

The atmosphere between colleagues is good. In my experience everyone can talk to one another and no one is scared to have opinions on different subjects. SunPine even has a channel where all thoughts and ideas are received in a good way.
